Nutrition and Exercise Routine for Pregnant

Pregnancy is a special period of life of every woman and as well as of all those people who surround her. That is why it is not accidentally that a lot of special programs were developed, a lot of special books were written and a lot of special TV-shows were broadcast concerning nutrition and exercise routine for pregnant. Which variant of healthy nutrition pregnant women should choose and which regime of exercise routine pregnant women should follow? Every culture and even every person has its own answers to that question but there are also some universal rules.

As the food of pregnant women has a direct impact not just on her health but also on the health of her child it must be well-balanced, wholesome, rich on vitamins and minerals and be the source of nutrients for the baby that is why vegetarian nutrition is not recommended, as meat and milk products, commonly excluded from such type of diet, contain a big part of these nutrients.

Indissoluble with the question of food is a question of exercise routine as often some pregnant women confuse the need of increase of amount of calories with the need to “eat for two” and  begin to count extras kilos afterwards. Complex of pregnant exercise can include such activities as walking, swimming as well as some specially developed exercises taking into consideration her health, course of pregnancy and other substantial conditions.
