improves your skin condition. You can get vitamins of B-group from
vegetables, milk, fish, whole grains, and eggs. Vitamin C helps to
prevent acne return due to its antioxidant properties. Vitamin E and
L-Carnitine help your skin to repair from acne damage. Zink is a
mineral found in eggs, nuts, whole grains and mushrooms, which improves
overall body health, including your skin.
As you may notice, vegetarian nutrition seems to be the right acne
